Estera Boldut, PsyD, RSW, RCC is a seasoned educator, therapist, and clinical supervisor with over two decades of professional experience. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology from California Southern University, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trinity Western University, and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Bucharest.
Estera is the Program Director and Assistant Professor for the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Trinity Western University, where she designs and teaches graduate-level courses, supervises students, and leads accreditation efforts.
Her clinical expertise includes compassion cultivation, burnout prevention, and systemic approaches to therapy. Estera also provides clinical supervision and psychotherapy in private practice, working with individuals, couples, and families.
As a clinical supervisor, she started her journey as an academic supervisor in her role as a Clinical Coordinator for the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Trinity Western University. She is also co-teaching the Fundamentals in Clinical Supervision course alongside her mentor Dr. Vange Thiessen.
Beyond academia and practice, Estera delivers community training on resilience, attachment, and suicide prevention. Her passion for fostering growth and relational health drives her commitment to empowering students, clinicians, and diverse communities.
